i-Vista currently employs 60 people with a turnover of Rs 50 million. With the strategic partnership in place, i-Vista is targeting to grow to a Rs 200 million size with over 150 employees in three years.

The investment by R K SWAMY HANSA will be in a phased manner over three years, leading to a holding of 40% in i-Vista.

i-Vista is the winner of the European Seal of Excellence in Multimedia at CeBIT Hanover 2006 and a Red Herring Asia 100 finalist.
